SimGrip
BARUS SimGrip System is a mechanical rebar coupler comprised of a steel sleeve which is internally threaded with a single right hand thread. Each end of the bar to be joined is cut square, enlarged using a cold forging process and a standard metric threaded onto the enlarged bar end.
GripLock
The GripLock cold swaging system uses a mechanical coupler to splice deformed reinforcing bars. The GripLock coupler is swaged onto the reinforcing bars by using BARUS cold swaging presses and dies to deform the coupler sleeve onto the rebar profile.
Bar-us Rebend Connection System is a quick and easy to install method of maintaining continuity of reinforcement at construction joints in concrete. It consists of a galvanised steel casing with a dimpled surface to provide an effective concrete bond.
Shear Reinforcement
Bar-us double headed studs with ribbed shafts are made of weldable ribbed reinforcement bars with a nominal characteristic yield strength of 500 MPa.The mechanical properties of the steel for fill the requirement according to EN 1992-1 -1, Annex C.
